Volunteer Spotlight
Sharon Miller
 
Sharon has been volunteering in CRN classrooms since 2005. She has also worked on special projects for CRN including Portland's Original Iron Chef.

This past holiday season, Sharon coordinated CRN's Adopt-A-Family program. Partnering with caring sponsors she ensured that more than 80 families had a special holiday.

We appreciate Sharon's dedication to CRN. Thank you Sharon!

Children's Relief Nursery provides intensive child and family interventions to prevent child abuse and neglect by supporting parents and caregivers with challenging life circumstances. Programs include Nursery-based therapeutic classes and respite care for children, early parent education, mental health therapy, and regular home visits. Voluntary parent participation, combined with individualized goals, has the most effective result. Support for positive and nurturing parent/child interactions is the key to success.
